The Indian School of Business (ISB) is offering a 15-week online ‘Certificate Programme in Mastering Executive Presence’, designed to empower seasoned leaders, senior professionals, entrepreneurs and those transitioning into new leadership roles.
The programme equips participants with the ability to project confidence, communicate with clarity, and inspire influence across diverse organisational contexts, addressing the growing need for impactful leadership in today’s fast-evolving business environment.
The programme will provide professionals with curated modules on personal branding, storytelling, negotiation, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
Delivered in a flexible online format, the programme combines self-paced learning with live virtual sessions by ISB faculty and industry experts. Participants will engage through pre-recorded faculty-led videos, interactive activities, social learning sessions and simulations such as an AI-powered negotiation bot, ensuring an applied and immersive learning journey.

The first cohort of the Certificate Programme in Mastering Executive Presence is scheduled to commence on October 12, 2025.
